Our house has 5 apartments (2xA4, 2xA3, 1xA2)
which have 1-2 rooms,a kitchen a shower room and a terrace or balcony. Also we have 4 double rooms with en-suite shower rooms and partial terrace. Both apartments and rooms have Sat-TV and small inbuilt safe. A special attraction : An istrian stonhouse for 2-3 peopole (airconditioned). Bed linen, cooking utensils and cuttlery, towels and coffee machine are all included. Cleaning and changing bed linen every 7 days. The housekeeper is German and also we speak English and Italian. We are proximately 600m from town centre and the nearest beach. Supermarket, Restaurants and Emergency Clinic are all in 150m radius from our house. Parking places are beside the house. A grill can also be used by guests. We are open all year round and our apartments are centrally heated. |
